Day 234 (22 Aug 22) Morning Flowers

This morning I grabbed my camera and marco lens to shoot some flowers (aka weeks) growing in my yard as soon as the sun peaked up over the hills.  I was really tempted to spend an hour shooting dew on grass (cause I love the images and it’s fun), but had to work, so I limited it to a couple subjects 🙂  Plus, I’ve shot dew a couple times already 😉  Let me know what you think of these images:

Day 163 (11 June 2012) Daises, Ferns, and Dandelions, Oh My!

Today between work and a study group, I took out my camera with my favorite lens (my 60mm macro) and shot some of the plants in my yard.  I really love that lens 🙂

Day 118 (27 April 2012) Do the Dew

I finally got up earlier enough to have time to shoot some shots of the dew before it evaporated away. After I got dressed and was about to grab my camera, the sun disappeared. I thought I had missed my chance by taking those extra minutes luxuriating in the shower. But as I sat down in my chair, the sun came out and gave me the perfect light for the shots! Then results have given me motivation to set the alarm a bit earlier on occasion!
